3.3.1 Deviations from the Standard
·    For those built-in functions where the last parameter can be
  omitted, Regina allows the last comma to be specified, even when
  the last parameter itself has been omitted.

·    The error messages are slightly redefined in two ways.
  Firstly, some of the have a slightly more definite text, and
  secondly, some new error messages have been defined.
