3.3.1 Deviations from the Standard
    For those built-in functions where the last parameter can be
  omitted, Regina allows the last comma to be specified, even when
  the last parameter itself has been omitted.

    The error messages are slightly redefined in two ways.
  Firstly, some of the have a slightly more definite text, and
  secondly, some new error messages have been defined.

    The environments available are described in chapter [not yet
  written].
